Cheng Lim will be racing twice this weekend at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (SPA), Belgium.

The first race Cheng will be competing in is the SPA 6 hour, which takes place at 4pm on Saturday 21st September 2013. Cheng has been invited to drive with Barry Sidery Smith in his FIA MGB no. 39, which Cheng and his team are currently preparing at Thunder Road Cars for this weekend's racing. The MGB will be, provisionally, in the old pits, garage 25/26. The second race Cheng is racing in is the SPA 1 hour which starts at 9pm on Sunday 22nd September. Cheng will be racing in David Greenbank's awesome red Mustang.

It looks set to be a busy weekend for Cheng, but it is one that he is excited for. Cheng said "I am delighted to be invited along to race in two separate cars in two separate races at SPA this weekend. My team here at Thunder Road Cars have been hard at work at preparing the cars for this weekends racing and I am looking forward to doing them proud in finishing the races strongly!"

On Saturday 24th August 2013 Cheng & John raced together in John's Cobra in the Sports Racing & GT Challenge race at the International Circuit, Silverstone. The race was made up of 10 SRGTC cars and more than 15 others roadsports.

John & Cheng took pole position after practice and made a storming start to the race. Rival, John Plant, took an early lead in his Allard but Cheng was hot on his tail and made it difficult for him to create a established lead. Cheng managed to keep second place when he came into the pits for the change over with John. John took off like a rocket and managed to track John Plant down and set his position nicely in order to overtake him with only a few laps remaining!

John took the chequered flag and the celebrations began. Congratulations to Cheng and John for a fantastic team effort!
